By submitting a payment to us (whether it’s through our website or an invoice that has been sent to you), you (the customer) agree to this Refund Policy. It is the customer’s own responsibility to stay up to date with this Refund Policy.
All orders are final. No refunds will be issued unless:
1) We’re not able to deliver the service at all, in which case a full refund will be issued.
2) We’re only able to deliver parts of the service, in which case a partial refund will be issued.
ALL REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR PURCHASE.
In case of a refund, funds will be returned to the customer’s original method of payment within 30 days from the day it was requested.
